Any visually impaired people having bachelor’s or equivalent degrees may apply for VIPS membership.
One can collect a membership form from the VIPS office as well as download it from the VIPS website with reference from a VIPS member.
Filling the form with the necessary documents attached, it should be submitted to the VIPS office.
Later VIPS Member selection subcommittee will call and screen the applicants and make a decision on their membership.
At present VIPS has 179 full members.
